It appears that you say that the male you are speaking of is not compliant. If he is not a man yet, then it will take time, patience, and consistency to help him grow in to one. You did not specify his situation, but if your time is limited, try using a friendly approach. Maybe listening to what he has to say and then forming your approach based on what knowledge he already has. Again, be patient, and listen to him. Good luck!
